Bienvenue à laresidence Nous sommes spécialisés dans la création de logements sûrs et abordables pour les étudiants étrangers à Paris depuis 2003. Nos étudiants sont inscrits dans toutes les grandes universités et collèges de Paris. Les maisons sont situées dans une résidence fermée avec un grand jardin dans un quartier sûr. Toutes les chambres sont entièrement meublées et les draps sont fournis. Le wifi est une priorité dans toutes les chambres. La cuisine et les douches sont communes. Il y a 6 douches et 6 toilettes et 2 cuisines avec une grande salle de télévision pour étudier et socialiser. Des machines à laver sont fournies. La nuit, les étudiants jouent au tennis de table ou aux échecs ou discutent simplement dans le jardin. La femme de ménage vient chaque jour du lundi au vendredi pour nettoyer toutes les parties communes. Le quartier possède des boutiques, des marchés, des cafés, tout ce qui est accessible à pied. La gare RER C est à 4 minutes à pied et le centre de Paris à 20 minutes. Chaque semestre, nous vous invitons à nous rejoindre.

Who is eligible to book a room?
Young professionals and students between 20 and 35 years old (except studios) One person per room (no bedroom sharing) 
Which documents do we need before sending out contract:
-Copy of Passport
-Income proof (Can be an employment or internship contract, Blocked account, Savings, Payslips of last three months, a gurantee, etc.
Person asks for viewing because he/she is scared about getting a fake offer:
I understand your doubts, but we just can not offer a viewing. Not only because of the pandemic situation, it is also due to many requests in one room. Once you are a tenant of us you will like the policy that your new home is not always viewed by unknown persons all the time. As you can see on the companies website, we are really existing and do not offer any unreal listings.
More information about flatmates:
It s great to hear that you also care a lot about who will live with you in the future. Our biggest wish is to find suitable members for our communities. Usually your flatmates are international students or young professionals and between 20 and 38 years old. I can’t give you more information because of data security. I’m sure you will have a good time in our community.
When are the first payments due?
The deposit and the membership fee will be charged after you enter your payment details on our website. The rent is due only some days before your contract starts.
