        Tous nos appartements sont situés en centre-ville et proches de toutes
    commodités et transports en communs (Métro, Tramway et Bus).

        Cette splendide chambre  en colocation, meublée, équipée et clef en main à Paris vous offre confort et design. Elle dispose de nombreux équipements comme un lit double confortable et hypoallergénique avec couette et oreillers. Ne reste plus qu'à apporter vos vêtements pour vous installer ! La chambre possède un cadenas si nécessaire.

    Toutes nos chambres sont entièrement meublées (lit, bureau, penderie,
    couette, oreillers…).

        Le logement est localisé dans le quartier Batignolles, en plein coeur de Paris. De nombreux transports publics, restaurants, commerces sont localisés aux alentours. La colocation est à l'étage 1 . Elle est prête-à-vivre et dispose d' une cuisine 100% équipée avec frigo, micro-ondes, vaisselle, poêles, casseroles, bouilloire, grille-pain, ustensiles… Mais aussi lave-linge, tancarville, fer à repasser, planche à repasser.
 Le matériel pour le ménage est déjà présent dans cette colocation : aspirateur, balai, seau et serpillère, balai-brosse… Chaque colocation meublée comprend toutes les charges : charges de copropriété, taxe sur les ordures, électricité, eau, assurance habitation, wifi illimité.

    Tous nos appartements sont entièrement équipés (lave-linge, vaisselle,
    décoration…) par nos équipes, qui se chargent également de la maintenance
    technique et matérielle.

    Appartement éligible à la CAF jusqu’à 258€ / mois. La CAF pour Caisse
    d'allocations familiales est un service public gratuit et français éligible
    pour tous,y compris les étranger et qui peut vous aider financièrement à
    payer une partie de votre logement en fonction de votre situation que vous
    soyez français ou étranger. Pour connaître le montant potentiel de votre
    aide, rendez-vous sur le site de CAF et complétez l’estimation en ligne des
    APL (aide pour le logement).
    
    Frais de services : à partir de 790€
    Les frais de services couvrent l’écriture du bail mais également
    l’assistance tout au long de votre séjour. Les frais de services couvrent
    ainsi la réparation et l’entretien du matériel ainsi que l’accès à notre
    support ultra réactif en cas de besoin d’intervention dans votre logement.

    All our rooms are fully furnished (bed, desk, wardrobe, duvet, pillows...).

        The flatshare can be found in the "Batignolles" neighborhood, in the centre of Paris. Several public transports, restaurants, shops can be found near at hand. The apartment is on floor #1 . It is ready-to-live-in and is composed of a large kitchen with refrigerator, kettle, microwave, pans, crockery, kitchen ustensils, toaster… The flat also has an iron, a washing machine, an ironing board, a clothes rack.
 Additionally, you will find cleaning items directly in the apartment: mop and bucket, bagless hoover, broom, dustpan and brush… Every furnished flatshare includes all expenses: unlimited wi-fi, water, housing insurance, electricity, condominium fees, household waste tax.

    All our flats are fully equipped (washing machine, dishes, decoration...)
    by our teams, who also take care of the technical and material maintenance.

    Apartment eligible for CAF up to 258€ / month. The CAF for Caisse
    d'allocations familiales is a free public service eligible for all,
    including foreigners and can help you financially to pay part of your
    housing according to your situation whether you are French or foreign. To

    complete the online APL (housing assistance) estimate.
    
    Service fee : from 790€
    The service fee covers the writing of the lease but also the assistance 
    throughout your stay. The service fee covers the repair and maintenance of 
    the equipment as well as access to our ultra-reactive support in case of 
    need for intervention in your accommodation.

I understand your doubts, but we just can not offer a viewing. Not only because of the pandemic situation, it is also due to many requests in one room. Once you are a tenant of us you will like the policy that your new home is not always viewed by unknown persons all the time. As you can see on the companies website, we are really existing and do not offer any unreal listings.

It s great to hear that you also care a lot about who will live with you in the future. Our biggest wish is to find suitable members for our communities. Usually your flatmates are international students or young professionals and between 20 and 38 years old. I can’t give you more information because of data security. I’m sure you will have a good time in our community.
When are the first payments due?
The deposit and the membership fee will be charged after you enter your payment details on our website. The rent is due only some days before your contract starts.
