Via Serbelloni è elegante trilocale su due piani che si trova all'ultimo piano di un palazzo in zona Palestro con portineria tutto il giorno. 
La zona giorno è composta da: ingresso, soggiorno molto luminoso con divani e poltrone e accesso ad un ampio terrazzo; la zona notte comprende una camera da letto matrimoniale, una camera singola, tutte e due con armadi, ci sono due bagni di cui un con vasca e uno con la doccia. 
Salendo le scale si trova una luminosissima cucina abitabile che da paso a un terrazzo che offre una vista mozzafiato della città.   
Il quartiere Quadronno noto anche come 50' Design District, per la presenza di numerosi capolavori di design di palazzi iconici degli anni 50, è un quartiere di Milano, tra i più ricchi ed esclusivi della città. Lo stile sobrio, elegante e residenziale, fanno vivere il fascino tipico della vita milanese. Le influenze architettoniche storiche del design anni cinquanta sono evidenti in un area dove si può trovare tutto ciò che si desidera. - La permanenza minima contrattuale corrisponderà al periodo di prenotazione su Roomless. Qualora si desiderasse uscire prima del check-out selezionato in fase di prenotazione, si potrà esercitare l'opzione di uscita anticipata versando 1,5 mensilità. Nel caso in cui si volesse fare subentrare un inquilino (sia che lo trovi il proprietario sia che lo trovi l'inquilino attuale) si potrà uscire dall'appartamento pagando una spesa di servizio pari a 200€.In questo caso il contratto si chiuderà il giorno precedente all'ingresso del sostituto. Sarà comunque dovuta anche la spesa per la chiusura del contratto pari a 225€.. In ogni caso, 3 mesi  rispetto alla data di check-out, va comunicata la disdetta regolare per interrompere il contratto alla data stabilita; se non avverrà tale comunicazione, il contratto rimarrà attivo.
- Il Check-in sarà garantito trascorse almeno 48h dal vostro primo contatto con la proprietà.

Fiori Chiari 20 enjoys a strategic location .  The house is non-smoking, and is equipped with air conditioning, wifi and washing machine. The kitchen is equipped with dishes, tableware and major appliances: oven, fridge/freezer and kettle.The sleeping area consists of 1 double sofa bed in the living area and 1 bedroom with 1 double bed, can accommodate up to 3 people.Fiori Chiari 20 also offers: television.

RENTAL CONDITION:
Rent includes all utilities based on normal use; if you exceed with the usage of gas and electricity, the extras will be deducted from your deposit. Details will be specified in the rental agreement;
Internet wi-fi, water, building expenses and contract registration costs are included in the rental price;
Early termination of the contract: after the minimum required stay of one month, you can terminate the contract earlier and without penalties by informing us 21 days before your expected move-out date;

RENTAL AGREEMENT:
As per Italian Law, it is mandatory to apply for a valid Italian Tax Code in order to sign the rental agreement. You can apply for one by contacting your local Consulate, or by going to the Agenzia delle Entrate no later than one-week prior check-in. If you can’t get one on time a charge will be applied. The rental agreement must be signed prior check-in. Failure to do so will result in the impossibility to enter the apartment.
PAYMENTS:
In order to complete the booking the following payments must be completed, at least 2 weeks before the check-in date:
- the deposit, that we will give you back at the end of your stay within 30 business days after the check-out date;
- one-time initial and final cleaning fee (starting from €175) depending on the size of the flat.- for all apartments located in Rome, the cost of the city tax is required at check-in. This is equal to €6 per person per nightHOUSE RULES: Smoking is strictly forbidden inside the apartment.
