-Income proof (Can be an employment or internship contract, Blocked account, Savings, Payslips of last three months, a gurantee, etc.
Person asks for viewing because he/she is scared about getting a fake offer:
I understand your doubts, but we just can not offer a viewing. Not only because of the pandemic situation, it is also due to many requests in one room. Once you are a tenant of us you will like the policy that your new home is not always viewed by unknown persons all the time. As you can see on the companies website, we are really existing and do not offer any unreal listings.

It s great to hear that you also care a lot about who will live with you in the future. Our biggest wish is to find suitable members for our communities. Usually your flatmates are international students or young professionals and between 20 and 38 years old. I can’t give you more information because of data security. I’m sure you will have a good time in our community.
When are the first payments due?
The deposit and the membership fee will be charged after you enter your payment details on our website. The rent is due only some days before your contract starts.

L'appartamento è situato al quinto e ultimo piano di un contesto condominiale nel quartiere di S. Pio X, in una posizione tranquilla e ben servita. E' luminoso e molto spazioso, sviluppandosi su una superficie di 120mq. Composto da 6 stanze singole, l'area comune include una cucina abitabile con terrazza e 2 bagni. L'appartamento è ottimamente ristrutturato in funzione di tutto ciò che occorre ai nostri studenti e giovani lavoratori. Dotato di WI-FI, lavatrice e cucina equipaggiata.

La stanza è ampia, luminosa e provvista di mobilio completo (letto singolo, armadio 3 ante, scrivania con portaoggetti, comodino, tendaggi, specchio, scarpiera e libreria).

E' previsto il pagamento anticipato dell'affitto dell'ultimo mese contrattualizzato.
