Main Terms
- Don’t worry about the reservation fee, it will be deducted from your first month’s rent
- Deposit is equal to 2 month's rent

Additional Fees
- Couples: if you’re renting as a couple, there is a 200€ monthly increase in order to cover -perks for two!
- Pets: if you’re wanting to bring your pet friend with you there is a 50€ monthly charge
- Shorter lease: if you only need a home for 6 months instead of 12, there is a 100€ monthly increase to your rent

Located right beside the Carcavelos Nova campus, you can almost get to class or to the beach just by stepping out of your bed – you can reach the sandy Cascais town beach in less than 5 minutes on foot. There’s a wide choice of bars and restaurants along the coast where you can live “A bela vida”.

If the booking request is accepted, you will receive a module to complete the booking process and select the payment plan.
 You will pay first an 250 pounds holding fee to block the option for you and after that choose the payment plan.
 If the stay does not exceed 36 weeks, the plan is paid in advance.
 If it is longer than 36 weeks, you can choose in payment plans ( Maximum 4 installments).
