El piso tiene una cocina totalmente equipada (microondas, lavadora, nevera, todos los electrodomésticos necesarios, menaje y utensilios de cocina suficientes para todos sus inquilinos).
 Piso acogedor y muy tranquilo, bien comunicado, cerca de paradas de metro a 5 minutos a pie, (Navas L1, y La Sagrera L1 L5), estación de tren del Clot Aragó a 10 minutos a pie y La Sagrera a 8 minutos; además cuenta con todos los servicios necesarios en los alrededores: restaurantes, tiendas, supermercados, bancos, farmacias, etc.

Very close to Fabra y Puig ( L1) metro station  that leads you to Plaza Cataluña in 5 minutes, or 11 de September metro station. The area is super cozy plenty of tapas bars, bars, supermarkets. The studio has all necessary items: fully equipped kitchen, towels and sheets and laundry machine.
Wi-Fi access is included. Utility bills (electricity , water and gas) ARE NOT INCLUDED in the monthly rental price. You will be charged a minimum monthly amount for utility bills. This amount is calculated based on the number of rooms of the apartment: 1 room-90 euros/month. You will be charged 90 euros/month for all utilities. Not 90 euros for each utility.

Utility bills (electricity and wáter) ARE NOT INCLUDED in the monthly rental price. Wifi is include in the monthly price. You will be charged a mínimum monthly amount for utility bills of 90€ every month.
At the end of your stay, we will check utility bills and in case of excessive consumption we will deduct it from the deposit.
