Perfecta habitación de uso individual, de aproximadamente 13m2; cerca de la parada de metro Penitents. La vivienda cuenta con 4 habitaciones, 1 baño.

La habitación está amueblada con un armario, escritorio con su silla, perchero, espejo, perchas, cama de 150x190cm y almohada; además, está decorada con un estilo moderno y todas las comodidades necesarias para una larga estancia.

El piso tiene una cocina totalmente equipada (microondas, lavadora, nevera, menaje y utensilios de cocina suficientes para todos sus inquilinos)

Esta habitación está ubicada en la zona de Vallcarca y los Penitentes, donde se encuentran edificios de importancia cultural y de ocio, y en frente de la parada de metro Penitents y muy cerca de parada de metro de Vallcarca, línea L3 de Metro, que conecta directamente con el centro de Barcelona. Además, cuenta con numerosas paradas de autobuses con excelentes conexiones por toda la ciudad..
Ademas del deposito, se abona 1 mes en concepto de admin fee. A la salida, se abona un costo de 60,50 Euros.
