Cuenta con 4 habitaciones amuebladas, 1 baño, salón con sofá y TV además de un comedor y un amplio pasillo. La cocina tiene bastante luz natural y está totalmente amueblada cuenta con un frigorífico, lavadora, horno y microondas. 

Se encuentra situado en el distrito de Carabanchel, cuenta con numerosas tiendas y supermercados, a poca distancia se encuentra Casa de Campo, el Parque de Atracciones de Madrid, el Zoo Aquarium de Madrid,  y muchos sitios interesantes que deberás descubrir.

La zona tiene variedad de autobuses que te llevarán a tu destino, como el 17, el 25, el 481, el 486 y el 500. Además, cuenta con cercanías Renfe (C5) y Metro (Línea 6).

Además, en poco tiempo podrás llegar a la Escuela IED y a la Universidad Complutense de Madrid.

- 2 people: depending on the type of property, it would be from 135 to 150 euros per month.

After the reservation is completed, you will need to send us the following documents. If you are not able to provide any of these documents, you will lose the money paid for the reservation:
- Tenants’ Passport/NIE/ID
- Only for employees: Copy of the last three payrolls OR copy of your contract.
- Only for self employed: Last income tax return.
- Only for students: University or school acceptance letter/ internship agreement of all the people that will be living in the apartment.
- For companies representing tenants:
     *** Constitution deeds and TIN of the company.
     *** Company’s representative full power deeds and DNI or passport.
     *** Last tax statement.
- Only working professionals or students (with a guarantor). Unemployed people are not allowed
