SERVICES AND RELEVANT INFORMATION:
- Cleaning service in the common areas of the flat for free (Once a week)
- Maintenance technician for repairs
- Possibility of moving to another room in the company
- Contract management. Legal rental contract.
- Office support, inquiries, general matters during your stay
- Registration management.
- The room does not include sheets or pillows, only the cover for the mattress. 
 
GENERAL CONDITIONS:
- Deposit: 1 month's rent that we will give you back after your check-out date. (Rent + supplies)
- ID/Passport and Working Contract or Proof of being a student are required. You will need to send us a copy of these documents before your arrival.
- 1-year contract: The initial contract will be a maximum of one year with the possibility of being renewed at the end of the stay. 
 
CHECK-IN TIME:
- Monday to Friday (10:00 to 19:00): Free of charge
- Monday to Friday (19:00 to 22:00): 75€+VAT
- Weekends and holidays: 125€+VAT
 
MANDATORY ONE-TIME INVENTORY FEE: 48€  (Guarantees the return of the deposit to the owner)

Habitación exterior muy amplia y luminosa, Cuenta con un armario empotrado, cama de matrimonio con mesita de noche, escritorio con su silla y lámpara. Esta habitación cuenta con calefacción central. La habitación no incluye sábanas ni almohadas, sólo el cobertor del colchón. 

Estupenda casa reformada, cuenta con 5 habitaciones exteriores, amplias, con un ambiente muy moderno y una gran cocina para compartir con tus nuevos compañeros!!! Cuenta con un baño completo para compartir entre 4. La habitación número 2 tiene baño privado.Todas las habitaciones tienen cama de matrimonio (2 x 1.40). 

La casa tiene calefacción central y el edificio cuenta con portero y piscina.

Inmejorable ubicación cerca de la parada de metro Peñagrande (L-7). Hay un bus directo desde la propiedad que recorre las universidades hasta Moncloa. A 10 minutos andando se encuentra el centro comercial la Vaguada. La zona es completa de servicios, restaurantes y un gimnasio SmartFit a 3 minutos andando.
