Condiciones:
- 1 mes de estancia mínima

- El precio incluye los suministros de luz, agua, gas, Internet, limpieza de áreas comunes una vez por semana y servicio de mantenimiento disponible para cualquier incidencia.
- Gastos de Administración (equivalente a una mensualidad).

Gastos Incluidos:
Luz + Agua + Gas + Wifi hasta 55 euros por persona y mes + Limpieza semanal de las zonas comunes + Servicio de mantenimiento.

Condiciones del contrato:
- Si entras del día 1 al 15 de cada mes: se paga el mes completo (contrato mensual).
- Si entras del día 16 al 30/31 de cada mes: se paga medio mes (contrato quincenal).
-Se descontarán 50€ más IVA de la fianza en concepto de limpieza y desinfección de la habitación al finalizar la estancia.

Ademas del deposito, se abona 1 mes en concepto de admin fee. A la salida, se abona un costo de 60,50 Euros.
