Very near you’ll also find restaurants, shops, bars and huge parks like “La Maceta”, the municipal one of Calahorra or Valdebernardo.

The closest metro station is Vicálvaro (Line 9).

Water, electricity and gas supplies are not included, we charge a fixed fee for supplies based on the annual history of the flat, you can see the amount in the sumará of payments. The accommodation does not have internet service.

Viviendo en este piso podréis llegar andando a la Universidad Rey Juan Carlos y también llegaréis en nada de tiempo al CEDEU. Muy cerca también encontraréis varios restaurantes, tiendas, bares y enormes parques como La Maceta, el municipal de Calahorra o Valdebernardo.

La parada de metro más cercana es Vicálvaro (Línea 9).

Los suministros de agua, luz y gas no están incluidos, cobramos una cuota fija de suministros en base al histórico anual que ha tenido el piso, puedes ver el importe de suministros en el resumen de pagos. Los alojamientos no cuentan con servicio de internet.

Agency fee:
- If you want to rent the place for less than 45 days, the one-time agency fee will only be 40% of the first-month rent.
- If you want to rent the place longer than 45 days, the one-time agency fee will be 80% of the first-month rent.

Utilities:
- 1 person: depending on the type of property, it would be from 115 to 130 euros per month.
- 2 people: depending on the type of property, it would be from 135 to 150 euros per month.

DOCUMENTS REQUIRED (after reservation is confirmed)
After the reservation is completed, you will need to send us the following documents. If you are not able to provide any of these documents, you will lose the money paid for the reservation:
- Tenants’ Passport/NIE/ID
- Only for employees: Copy of the last three payrolls OR copy of your contract.
- Only for self employed: Last income tax return.
- Only for students: University or school acceptance letter/ internship agreement of all the people that will be living in the apartment.
- For companies representing tenants:
     *** Constitution deeds and TIN of the company.
     *** Company’s representative full power deeds and DNI or passport.
     *** Last tax statement.
- Only working professionals or students (with a guarantor). Unemployed people are not allowed
