Please note that in order to confirm your reservation you need to pass the reference check directly with the accommodation provider, the necessary documents are the following:
Passport and VISA
Last 3 months bank statement
Previous Landlord reference (if possible)
Last 3 years addresses for the credit check
Student/internship letter
Guarantor’s ID and last 3 months payslips and bank statement
Please mind that deposit needs to be paid shortly after your booking got accepted and before the move-in
Attention please: 1 week of deposit is NOT refundable only if reference check is not validated by the accomodation provider.
