La habitación está amueblada con un armario bastante amplio, escritorio con su silla, perchero, espejo, perchas, cama de 90x190cm y almohadas de última calidad; además, está decorada con un estilo moderno y todas las comodidades necesarias para una larga estancia.

Condiciones:
- 1 mes de estancia mínima
- 1 mes de fianza.
- El precio incluye los suministros de luz, agua, gas, Internet, limpieza de áreas comunes una vez por semana y servicio de mantenimiento disponible para cualquier incidencia.
- Gastos de Administración (equivalente a una mensualidad).

Gastos Incluidos:
Luz + Agua + Gas + Wifi hasta 55 euros por persona y mes + Limpieza semanal de las zonas comunes + Servicio de mantenimiento.

Condiciones del contrato:
- Si entras del día 1 al 15 de cada mes: se paga el mes completo (contrato mensual).
- Si entras del día 16 al 30/31 de cada mes: se paga medio mes (contrato quincenal).
-Se descontarán 50€ más IVA de la fianza en concepto de limpieza y desinfección de la habitación al finalizar la estancia.

Ademas del deposito, se abona 1 mes en concepto de admin fee. A la salida, se abona un costo de 60,50 Euros.

Alquilamos una increble habitacin en nuestro edificio de Co-living. La habitacin tiene bao privado y todo lo que necesitas para vivir, trabajar y estudiar.

Esta habitacin est ubicada dentro del edificio Co-living, lo que significa que tendrs acceso a nuestras amplias reas comunes, como nuestra sala de TV / sala de estar, comedor, amplia cocina y soleada terraza en la azotea, donde a nuestra comunidad internacional le gusta relajarse y pasar el rato. Se encuentra muy cerca de la estacin de metro de Cuatro Caminos, por lo que es muy fcil llegar al centro de la ciudad.

We are renting private rooms with private bathrooms in our brand new co-living building. This is how it works: you have your own private room and bathroom and on top of that you have access to the building's common areas. These include a large kitchen, a working area, a sofa area, a TV area and a rooftop with barbecues. 

You will then join a curated community of likeminded people that gathers in the common areas of the building and at the events organised by us. Along with this you will of course find the privacy of your own room and bathroom.
